Overview of Stored Information

When you connect your Instagram Professional Account or Facebook Page to TechyArts automation software, we process necessary tokens, account identifiers, conversation logs, and workflow preferences strictly to deliver user-configured auto-responses and CRM synchronization.

We do not sell personal data. You have the right at any time to disconnect the service and request that all records, access tokens, and messages stored on our servers be permanently deleted.

Step-by-Step Data Deletion Procedure

Step 1: Remove the App from Your Meta / Instagram Settings

First, revoke API access permissions so our system cannot receive any new data:

  1. Go to your Instagram account or Facebook Business profile.
  2. Navigate to Settings & Privacy → Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations).
  3. Locate TechyArts in the active applications list.
  4. Click Remove and confirm disconnection.

Step 2: Submit a Data Purge Request to TechyArts

Because revoking Meta access stops future data flow but does not automatically delete historical server records, please email our privacy department to request a complete database purge:

Subject: User Data Deletion Request - [Your Instagram Username]

Details to include: Your connected Instagram username, Facebook Page ID (if applicable), and contact email.

Step 3: Verification & Permanent Deletion

Upon receiving your request:

  • We will verify ownership of the account to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
  • All database records, authorization tokens, workflow states, and cached message content will be permanently purged within 30 days.
  • You will receive an official confirmation email containing your Deletion Confirmation Code.
